Whole‑Body Cryotherapy (CRYO) (3-min)

Whole‑body cryotherapy exposes your body to ultra‑low, dry cold temperatures (down to -84°C) for just 2–3 minutes. Unlike an ice bath, the air is completely dry, making the experience far more tolerable while delivering powerful systemic benefits.
The extreme cold triggers a strong anti‑inflammatory response, reduces muscle soreness, and releases mood‑boosting endorphins. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, the infrared sauna uses infrared light to directly warm your body from within. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) (15-min)

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves resting inside a pressurised chamber while breathing over 92% pure oxygen. The increased pressure allows oxygen to saturate your blood plasma at far higher levels than normal breathing – reaching tissues that ordinary circulation cannot easily access.

Strengthen Your Core. Effortlessly.
