Terms & Conditions

1. Validity & Expiration
– Once activate the pass, all ten (5) sessions must be utilized within exactly thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (or date of activation).
– Any unused sessions upon the expiry date will be automatically and permanently forfeited. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

2. Strictly Non-Transferable & Personal Use
– This pass is strictly personal and tied exclusively to the registered account holder.
– It cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared, in whole or in part, with any other individual (including family members, friends, or colleagues). Any attempt to share or split sessions will result in the immediate termination of the pass without prior notice or compensation.
– The Center reserves the right to request a valid photo ID upon check-in to verify identity.

3. Absolute No Refund & No Exchange Policy
– This package is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for cash, retail merchandise, or any other alternative services.
– Once purchased, the pass cannot be downgraded, cancelled, or credited back to the client’s wallet.

4. Booking, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
– Advanced booking is highly recommended for all advanced treatments to guarantee machine availability.
– Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
– Late cancellations, changes within the 12-hour window, or failure to attend a scheduled session (No-Show) will result in the automatic deduction of one (1) session from the pass balance.

5. Health, Safety & Daily Fair Use
– Admission to specific advanced treatments (including but not limited to Whole Body Cryotherapy, Max Lipo Laser, or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) is subject to the completion of a mandatory medical history and health declaration form.
– The Center reserves the right to deny access to any treatment if a client exhibits medical contraindications. In such instances, the client must substitute it with an alternative available treatment on the pass selection; no refunds will be issued.
– To ensure physiological safety and fair equipment access for all members, a maximum of five (5) treatments may be redeemed per client per calendar day.

6. Medical Package Suspensions
– Temporary suspension or pausing of the 30-day validity period is permitted solely under exceptional medical circumstances (e.g., acute injury or illness preventing treatment), subject to management approval and the submission of a valid official medical certificate within 3 days of the medical event.

7. Final Discretion
– The Center reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, adjust treatment options, or alter equipment availability without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Center’s management shall be final and binding.
